• Your excellent response time and service given when one of our office computers ‘lost’ its operating system
• Several on-demand phone conferences while installing a new printer with our system.  Again, the response time was exemplar and the solutions you offered were concise and focused
• Tackling our outside e-mail server by communicating with ‘their’ technical department and resolving the concern before they offered the solution
• Recommending a new and more cost effective Anti-virus and Anti-spyware program, which has fulfilled our companies needs with protecting our records.
• Your on site troubleshooting and resolution when our computers lost power.
